Working with Youngwilders
Youngwilders was formally established in early 2022 as a non-profit organisation focused on accelerating the nature recovery of the UK and involving young people in the movement. We do this through facilitating youth-led ecological restoration projects across the UK, as well as a mix of experimental youth-engagement and platforming programmes oriented around upskilling, energising and amplifying the voices of the next generation of environmental stewards. We currently run 10 active small-scale youth-led nature recovery and rewilding projects across England and Wales and an annual youth rewilding summit held at the Knepp Estate.

Terms and additional information
The role would be two days a week as a permanent part-time contract. Youngwilders operates out of an office in London, which we would be keen for the Visual Lead to attend in person at least once per week. The successful candidate will also need to attend Youngwilders events, which are often at Youngwilders’ project sites. These are currently focused in the South East and Wales, although the organisation is actively looking for projects in the Midlands and North of England. Youngwilders often run weekend volunteer efforts, which would be included in the candidate’s set hours of work per week.

How to apply
To apply for this role please email Noah - noah@youngwilders.uk with a short covering letter (less than one page) explaining why you think you would be a good fit for Youngwilders, and with a link to your portfolio of work.
